The PROMPT Method Journals
Self Guided, Self Paced Personal Development for you to do in your own time, anywhere you like!

I created this method as I have a vision that personal development would and could be accesible and affordable for all who seek it. This in depth method will take you on a journey of self understanding, self growth and you'll emerge in 28 days with a new outlook, perspective and be ready to tackle the next journalling topic!
How do you choose what Journal to start on first?
Write a list of the ones that most appeal to you, or even all of them.
Give that area of your life a score of 1-10. 1 being not at all feeling satisfied and 10 it’s the most amazing area and everything is perfect!
Now the one that has the lowest score, that is exactly the first journal that you should be doing! Yes I know… of course it feels like you’d want to do the one with the highest score, that will give you the most satisfaction and instant gratification. However, to get the most benefit from The PROMPT Method Journals you really should work on the areas in your life that you NEED to do the most work on AKA the ones with the lowest satisfaction score!
When purchasing a digital journal, this doesn’t mean that you need to print it out - though of course you could! You can buy yourself a nice notebook and write out each days prompt, quote and affirmation.
Also, if that days prompt doesn’t resonate, feel free to jump to another day! You do not need to do the first 21 days in order - the final 7 days you do.
For more Journalling tips, make sure you read the first page of your Journal when you download it and before starting.

And remember... Journalling doesn't work unless YOU work!
Be consistent, be honest with yourself, dig deep and write whatever it is that comes to your mind.
There is no right or wrong, just get writing!
